Digital Delivery Policy

From checkout to delivery

• Enter an email address you control and check the exact product, provider, region, currency, quantity and restrictions shown on the product page.
• Complete payment on PayHere. Cyber VK never asks for or receives your complete card number or security code.
• Delivery starts only after Cyber VK verifies the signed PayHere notification and independently matches the order amount and currency.
• For an in-stock voucher, one unique code is assigned per purchased unit and the receipt and code are sent to the checkout email.

Delivery timing

Delivery normally begins within a few minutes of verified payment. Some payment methods remain pending while PayHere or the bank completes a check. Email providers can also defer a message temporarily. The order-status page is the source of truth and the delivery worker retries transient email failures without charging again.

If stock changed between viewing the product and completing checkout, Cyber VK does not substitute a different voucher. The order is held for support resolution and is either fulfilled with the exact product or refunded in full.

Your delivery responsibilities

• Make sure the checkout email is correct. Guest purchases are intentionally fast, so there is no sign-in step that can repair a mistyped address.
• Keep the code private. Anyone with a usable code may be able to redeem it, and a redeemed or exposed code cannot be returned to stock.
• Review provider, region, expiry and candidate restrictions before purchase and redeem within the period stated for the product or by the provider.

If delivery does not arrive

Check spam or quarantine and the order-status page first. Then contact [email protected] from the purchasing email with the order reference. We will verify the payment and delivery record, correct a delivery failure, or apply the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Do not place a second order unless you intentionally want a second voucher.
