Where a row shows a number, that number is the enforced quota. Unlimited means the capability is not metered per action; the published rate limits still apply, and there is no fair use policy behind any of it. Included means the capability is available rather than counted. Enterprise entitlements are Root entitlements per seat unless your organisation administrator configures a different value.

Before you decide

What does the free Recon tier actually include?

Every glossary term, every CVE breakdown, every public lab and room page, and 20 practice questions a day. It also includes one guided lab and one CTF room preview. Those two are one-time previews rather than a daily allowance, which is stated on the plan card as well as here.

What does unlimited mean here?

Exactly one thing: not metered per action. There is no daily or monthly allowance to run out of. The published rate limits still apply, because a platform with no rate limit is a platform waiting to be abused, and those numbers are published too. What you will not find anywhere is the phrase fair use, which means whatever is convenient later. Every capability that does have a ceiling shows the number on the comparison table.

Can I switch between monthly and annual, or between tiers?

Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated against the remainder of the current period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

Ask within 30 days of a first payment and you get a full refund, with no requirement to explain why. It applies to the first payment on an account rather than to every renewal, and it is written into the terms of service rather than only into this answer.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Labs and CTF rooms run in a sandboxed environment reached through the browser, so a phone or a locked-down work laptop is a usable study device. You will want a keyboard for the longer labs, but nothing needs administrator rights on your machine.

What happens to my progress if I cancel?

Your account, your progress, your notes and any certificate you have earned stay. What you lose is access to the paid capabilities. If you resubscribe later, everything is where you left it.

Is there a discount for students, or regional pricing?

Regional pricing is designed and is not switched on in this release, because turning it on needs the country assignment list signed off rather than guessed. Until then the price is the same everywhere. Contact support if the price is the reason you cannot use the platform.
